		"body": "<p>　　近日，在湖北省咸丰县活龙坪乡，一到农历腊月，家家户户都会忙着制作菜叶子霉豆腐。<\/p><p>　　制作时，村民会先将黄豆磨成豆浆，再经过过滤、煮沸、调和、沥水、压制成块等步骤制成豆腐。接着，将豆腐切成小块进行发酵、乳化。准备好白酒和食盐、姜末、花椒面、红辣椒面等佐料，将发酵好的豆腐块在酒中浸泡片刻，再裹上调料。最后用晒蔫了的菜叶子包裹好，放进罐子或坛子里密闭一段时间。<\/p><p>　　再次打开罐子时，那股特有的香味便会弥漫开来，唤醒每位归乡游子味蕾深处的乡愁记忆。<\/p><script id='_trs_ta_js' src='//ta.trs.cn/c/js/ta.js?mpid=4701' async='async' defer='defer'></script>",
